Even though the development of the Metaverse is still in its infancy, we already know many essential elements that will be shaping the concept of the Open Metaverse also in the future. Web 3.0, Blockchain technology, NFTs and a digital economy, just to name a few. However, the community and the experience in the metaverse form the basis.
To experience the Metaverse in a smooth and intuitive way, it is necessary to provide the community with proper infrastructure and user-orientated tools. By building and converging this needed infrastructure with applications, the MetaGameHub DAO is aiming to become the one-stop shop for Open Metaverse experiences. While navigating through the Metaverse together, MGH DAO will be your homebase.
MGH´s infrastructure and applications
The DAO is continuously developing tools that are tailored to the users. Due to the versatile possibilities in the Open Metaverse, it is truly valuable for the community to have a platform from which they can extensively access all these awaiting possibilities. Rather than focusing on only one aspect, MGH includes different components of the Metaverse in its project and tools. Approaching the Metaverse as a whole and in a holistic way really seems more useful for the users and their experience.
To provide the much-needed infrastructure the MetaGameHub DAO is developing a broad portfolio of digital assets in the Metaverse (mainly LANDs). The DAO acquires, manages as well as curates these assets across different Metaverses such as Decentraland, Sandbox and Somnium Space. The community is in charge, meaning they govern and monetize these metaverse assets. This happens for instance through event venues, ads or GameFi applications. With this approach, the community not only owns these assets, but they can also leverage and monetize their experience.
By converging metaverse infrastructure with complementary applications, the MetaGameHub DAO becomes the homebase for your Open Metaverse experience. Right now, these applications focus on:
1) Metaverse Development
MGH is approaching the Metaverse Development with the DCL editor, which is the only visual scene editor for the Decentraland SDK, enabling editing and developing of metaverse content.
2) Data Applications
With the LAND Valuation algorithm, it is not only possible to estimate the fair value of metaverse assets but also to find undervalued LANDs across various Metaverses. The generated raw data by the algorithm is bundled into daily updated datasets and offered on the Ocean Protocol Marketplace. In addition, the MGH DAO operates its own Chainlink node to offer the valuation data on-chain so that Smart Contracts can use it.
3) MetaFi (Metaverse Finance) Tools
Here the applications will leverage the collected data by the algorithm. The MGH DAO is currently developing and soon launching these tools such as a LAND trading bot, NFT Pools & Metaverse Index or LAND Farming. The main objective is to provide users and businesses with innovative investment opportunities.
